In 1945, Conrad Kimose divided a piece of property on the east side of his home at 1058 N. Harrisville Road and helped his daughter, Dorothy Kimose and her husband Gleed A. Nebeker, build this home at 1052 N.  

The home has changed ownership several times.  Ralph and Jennie Dabb purchased the home in 1974.  When their son, Keith R. Dabb, came home from the Navy in November of that year, Keith and his wife, Gayleen Larsen Dabb, rented the home and then they purchased it in the spring of 1975.  While they owned the home, Keith added the porch extension with arched pillars. 

Dabbs sold the home to Kathleen Lukken in 1978, when they built a home at 264 East 700 North in Harrisville. 

In 1983, Keith and Gayleen moved back onto North Harrisville Road at a different location, 924 North Harrisville Road.
