This bi-level frame masonry veneer home with a carport was built in 1972, by Ward Gregory on a lot created from property owned by John Benjamin Maxfield.  

Donald R. Hurford became the next owner.

Dale and Anna Wordem next purchased the home, and when Dale passed away, Anna remained in the home for a number of years before moving to be closer to family.

Kenneth and Annette Loveland, who lived across the road, then purchased the home. They updated and improved the home for Annette’s mother, who lived there for a short time before the home was sold in 2022.
