This one-story home was constructed of frame masonry veneer later painted white.  George and Esther Webster and family were the earliest known residents to occupy this home.  

The Charles (Heber) Owens family owned the home in 1940 and lived there for some time.  

Oscar Blair, Norris and Juanita Shaw, Doug and Rebecca Shaw, and Larry and Marge Johnson followed as owners.
