This home was originally a portion of an army barrack built for housing during WWII.  Leonard and Della Romrell moved the structure onto the property and placed it on a basement foundation.  They renovated the structure and finished the exterior with dark red masonry veneer.  They lived here for many years and raised their two children.  Della was the beloved Cub Scout Leader in Harrisville for many years.
