This home was built by Henry R. and Sadie Parker.  They lived at 1264 North Harrisville Road, but when their family was grown, Henry and Sadie no longer needed the spacious home, so they divided a parcel off from the property, and built a one level rambler of frame masonry veneer.  Sadie’s brother, Joseph Harwarth, lived with them until his death. 

When Sadie and Henry passed, Le Roy and Connie Milne purchased the property.  They did not live there, but at times, members of their family rented the house.  After Roy died, Connie sold the acreage that was part of the property to a developer for a 32-lot subdivision known as Ashlar Cove (2023).  In 2024, she sold the home to Matt Hachmeister who was raised in Harrisville at 1084 North Harrisville.
