William Heber and Melissie Thomas Taylor sold their home at 667 West Harrisville Road and built this home in 1930 on property next to their son, Nephi, and wife Ada Jensen Taylor who lived at 1265 North Harrisville Road. 

The home had several owners before Kim Nephi and Laurie Crowther Taylor bought it in 1975. (Kim is a great-great grandson of William Heber and Melissie.) In 1984, the Taylors added on to the home which included removing the brick from the side of the home and cleaning it to be used to tie into the existing brick on the front of the house.  Siding and stucco finished the side and back of the addition. When Kim and Laurie moved to St. George, Max and Janet Jackson purchased the home.
