This four-unit rental was built in 1950 by Jick Hall, a carpenter by trade who helped build Old Faithful Lodge in Yellowstone Park in 1927. It consists of frame vinyl construction. The photo shows Jick around 1950 constructing the four apartments, which bordered the south side of their home’s driveway (493 North Harrisville Road). Jick and his wife Ruby used the income from these apartments to help support themselves during their declining years.
