This duplex of frame vinyl construction was built in 1950, presumably by Jick Hall, who also built Apts 1-4 at 467 North Harrisville Road. It contains two rental units, Apt. 5 and Apt. 6.

The units are set back from the road, close to the main home at 493 North Harrisville Road that Jick lived in with his wife, Ruby. The apartments were built for income into their older years. Ruby lived in the main home for 15 years after Jick passed away in 1958.
