This homewas built in 1949 by a family whose family name was “Magee.” Duane and Marie Winchester lived here before moving to the home they built at 1100 North Harrisville Road.  Other persons known to have lived here are Harley R. Ayers, Karla Herrera, and Aaron Morgan. Michele Bunn purchased the home in April 2024.
