Wayne Taylor, developer of Taylor Ranchettes Subdivision, built this home in 2000.  It is a one-story ranch style home with full basement, frame vinyl construction. 

After Wayne Taylor passed away, David L. and Nancy R. Stephenson bought the home, including 24.98 acres which he used to raise cattle. For a number of years after David died, Nancy continued to live in the home. It was sold in 2024 to North Street LLC.
