This home was built in Ogden in 1924.  To make way for a new elementary school, the home had to be sold and moved, or demolished.  C. David and Theresa Andersen purchased the home for $1200 and hired Val Eugene to prepare a basement foundation on a lot provided by David’s parents, Cyrus and Florence Andersen, east of their home at 890 West Harrisville Road.  On April 1, 1969, they moved the home from 3170 Lincoln Avenue in Ogden onto the basement foundation.  In 1978, C. David and Theresa sold this home and moved to another location in Harrisville.  C. David Andersen was the fifth Mayor of Harrisville 1986-1993.  Richard Greenwell lived there for a short time before Selma D. Peck bought the home.
