This one-story home constructed of frame masonry veneer with full basement was built in 1953 by Nephi Junior and Carma Patterson Taylor on property acquired from William Shurtleff.  Junior’s parents, Nephi and Ada Taylor, lived at 1265 North Harrisville, about a block and a half away. The Taylors raised their family here.  

This home was eventually sold to adjoining property owners on the East, Robert W. & Natalie Maw Hales, who rent the home to others.
