This complex was originally built as a commercial motel in 1947, known as the Mount Lomond Motel.  It was built soon after Wall Avenue was extended north to meet North Harrisville Road at the intersection of Larsen Lane and Highway 89.  Part of the main building is Javiers Mexican Restaurant.
