Henry and Annie Jensen started building this frame vinyl one story home in 1919.  It took some time to complete due to the depression and lack of materials and money.  After Henry died in July 1952, Annie lived in the home the rest of her life, caring for her precious daughter, Nelda, who had been injured at birth. This was a Gold Star family, as their son Darrell was killed in action during World War II.
