Roy Jennings built this home in 1942.  Joseph Preston and Velda Larson Larsson lived in the home with their family until 1950.  Joseph Preston bought the farmland from his mother and moved to the house which was located on the farm.  

Lemuel and Mary Annie Webster then moved into this home and lived there until the widowed Mary Annie died in 1973.  

Ronald Monsen, a grandson, his wife Annita and their family moved into the house after the death of his grandmother and remodeled it – adding a large addition and a garage.  He lived in the house with his family until his death in 2004.  

His wife Sue Monsen continued to live in the house for a few years before selling it.
