The Keller Family was the earliest known owner of this home, and probably constructed it.  They ran a slaughterhouse business opposite this home on the south side of West Harrisville Road.  The business closed when the Federal Government created the Defense Depot.  Cyrus and Florence Andersen moved into the home in the 1940s.  The home included farmland that Andersen’s later divided into lots for some of their children to locate homes near them on West Harrisville Road.  After Cyrus and Florence passed away, several grandchildren periodically lived in the home.
