This ranch style one story home with frame masonry veneer construction was built in 1966 by William H. and Mary Craynor.  

Later the home and property were purchased by Keith and Sharon Billings, who subdivided the property and created an additional lot, 617 West Harrisville Road, which presently remains vacant.
