Alexander and Sara Ann Brown Taylor built this frame yellow masonry house on property acquired from Pleasant Green Taylor. Alexander is the son of Pleasant Green Taylor and Sarah Jane Taylor.
Six years later in 1906, Hyrum and Ruby Taylor Romrell bought the home. Ruby was the daughter of Levi Sr. and Josephine Bingham Taylor. The home had a built-in “dumb waiter” (service elevator) from the main floor to the basement. When Kenneth and Annette Loveland bought the home, they built attic rooms in 1990. When they sold the home, a descendent of Ruby Taylor Romrell bought the home.
