Duane and Marie Winchester moved to Harrisville in 1960 and lived at 740 West Harrisville Road.  They proposed building a new home at this location, but the lot did not meet requirements of the zone. They were able to acquire a variance from the city; and in 1971, they built this frame Vinyl above grade home with partial basement. They sold the home in about 2000, when they moved to a retirement community in South Ogden.
