Keith and Vernona Olsen were living at 911 North Harrisville Road when they bought property from Hubert Miller’s Family* including the older home at 1085 North Harrisville Road.  The property was originally owned by Frederick A. Miller, an early settler of Harrisville and Hubert’s Grandfather.  

Keith and Vernona built this ranch style home of frame masonry veneer exterior with a full basement in 1971. They sold their home at 911 North Harrisville Road and moved here. They rented the older home for some time.

The homes at 1085 N and 1073 N shared the same parcel.  After Keith passed, in order for Vernona to sell both homes, she developed the “K. V. Olsen Subdivision” in 2015.  She continued living in this home until 2019, when she sold the home to Randy and Susan Peterson.
