Conrad Kimose built this one-story home of frame masonry veneer with a partial basement.  Joy A. and Karen Ward lived here with their family. Dale N. Butterfield is known to have lived here, and later owners (Lee Esquivel Family) added a second level of frame vinyl construction with a deck off of the upstairs bedroom.  When Mike and Amy Arrington bought the home, they made improvements to the inside and lived here for a few years with their little family. The home has since changed owners several times.
